We want you to love your Furbish Studio finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that vintage pieces, custom orders, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Package Securely
Pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
